At the Bayme vbm Entrepreneurs Excellence Day, Michael gave a presentation on the concept of venture clienting to improve collaboration between start-ups, SMEs and corporations. Venture clienting streamlines the process of awarding contracts, reduces the effort for both sides and particularily reduces the distraction caused at the customer’s specialist department.
